For myself, I got an idea about making PJ (Penanggung Jawab/ supervisor? Let's make it simple as PJ) of every work program in every division. As in EF, we got Tourist Hunting, Wall-e, eDO, so why don't we divide EF members to supervise each work program? Let's say A, B, and C will be the PJ of Tourist Hunting, so they make the whole concept of the event with the help of other EF members.

Or in ED, we will have more than one Skill Training, so member E,F,G will be the PJ of the first skill training, decide the materials and the rest of members will help them to make it happen. The next Skill Training will be supervised*?* by H, I, J, and so on, and so on, so every members can also have the chance to manage things as in an organization.

It's like being the head of the event, but the informal ones.

if there are Pjs, what would the coordinator do?

The coordinators, as its name, are coordinating every event in their divisions. They make sure everything is going well. They might be in as PJ too in every event, by giving examples to the members. The coordinators will set the main idea of event, and let the members narrow it down.
From what I know, at least 2 organization and semi-organization apply this system, and so far, it works.

I couldn't agree more, President! That's the original function of coordinators, anyway, to coordinate and manage their division, not to do all the programs by themselves. CEMUNGUDH!

i don't have any suggestion yet. but to me, salsa's is quite good.
has it been socialized to the other eASY members?

Yo, a suggestion would be revive this dead forum. I'm imagining how fun it would be if this forum was up-an-running, and every alumni and member can actively interact with existing members )
